4 fluted Champagne glasses
1 whole lime plus 5 wedges
Celery salt for rimming the glass
1 small can tomato juice
4 oz vodka
A dash of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh grated horseradish
4 large shrimp
Coriander sprigs for garnish
Take a wedge of lime and wet the rim of the 4 champagne glasses.
Coat the rim with celery salt.
In a martini shaker combine the tomato juice, vodka, horseradish, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce and the juice from 1 lime with ice and shake
Strain the cocktail into the champagne glasses and garnish the a shrimp, lime wedge and coriander sprig
