Job Opportunities (Snapshots)

1. Admissions Cashiers are responsible for explaining all of the ticket packages that CN Tower has to offer, and to assist with guest decision making to ensure that guests have the best possible visit at CN Tower.  

2. Guest Services Representatives engage and provide information to guests throughout their visit. This role also assists with the operation of our core services, including monitoring guest queuing areas, the elevators and any attractions. 

3. Retail Store Representatives provide guests with superior service by providing information and sales assistance on CN Tower products and services.

4. Security Services Personnel are responsible for providing all occupants of the CN Tower with the highest standards of life safety & security, service excellence, attraction quality, and operational efficiency. They help facilitate a memorable guest experience by ensuring that building safety is paramount and never compromised.  

5. The EdgeWalk Team is comprised of Guides, Grounds Crew, Front Desk and Imaging Agents. They are responsible for the uncompromised safety of all guests participating in the EdgeWalk experience. EdgeWalk Team members interact with guests throughout the EdgeWalk experience, from registration, to gearing up in walk-suits, and then being led by a Guide on the EdgeWalk.

6. The Restaurant Services Team is responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a positive guest experience for patrons dining in 360 Restaurant and Horizons Restaurant. They make guests feel welcome and comfortable by incorporating storytelling to create a truly unique experience. Seasonal positions in this department include; Captain, Server, Waiter/Busperson, Bartender and Reservations Agent.

7. The Kitchen Services Team operates behind-the-scenes to prepare, cook and present food products, delivering exceptional service and creating a positive guest experience for patrons dining in 360 Restaurant, Horizons Restaurant and Le Café. They are responsible for maintaining quality control, health and safety and food safety standards.  Seasonal positions in this department include; Utility Attendant, General Helper, Fast Food Cook and Third Cook.

8. The Administration Team is comprised of Finance, IT, Facilities and Engineering, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing. On occasion, we offer permanent career positions within these departments, as well as internship and co-op opportunities. Available positions will be posted on our website.
