The CN Tower is the most iconic place to visit in Toronto and will become a hub of activity during the Taylor Swift concert series. Approximately 300,000 Swift fans will pass through Canada Lands Square at the base of the CN Tower over the six concert days.
With road closures around Rogers Centre, CN Tower’s Canada Lands Square is one of the very rare opportunities to engage with these fans. This opportunity is not limited to the 50,000 fans each night. Outside, vendors can expect socializing Swifties, event and security staff as well as curious locals.
The CN Tower is offering 4 food truck spaces during this unprecedented concert run on the following dates:

- Reputation and social media presence
- Taylor Swift based food offering
Selected vendors will be notified they have been chosen by November 6 and will need to provide safety documentation, insurance paperwork and payment. Full payment is required if booking for one weekend. 50% is required if booking both weekends.

Rules and Regulations
The vendor agrees to comply with the following terms, conditions, rules and regulations in the delivery of the vendor’s services at the CN Tower. Complete terms will be outlined in the licence agreement. Failure to comply may result in an immediate termination of the vendor’s privileges at the CN Tower’s discretion without refund.
Application Process

Cancellation Policy
The CN Tower may at any time in its sole discretion, upon 24 hours prior written notice, terminate the agreement of the vendor has failed to observe or perform any of the terms and conditions in the licence agreement.
If the licenced area is rendered unusable due to force majeure or acts of God, the CN Tower will return all funds for unused days.
If the concert is cancelled by the promoter, the CN Tower return all funds for the days the concert is cancelled.
Unless otherwise agreed by CN Tower, all fees paid by the vendor shall be forfeited in the event of a cancellation by the vendor.
CN Tower reserves the right to relocation and/or deny booth space and/or close a vendor’s booth and request the vendor to leave CN Tower’s premises if the vendor is not complying with the terms and conditions set out in the agreement.
Insurance and Indemnity
The Licensee shall take out and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance (including Fire Insurance), with inclusive limits of not less than $5,000,000 for each occurrence the insured shall become legally liable to pay because of bodily injury to persons, including death, injury, or damage to or destruction of property, including loss of use thereof, caused by or related to the activities associated with the Event, subject to applicable policy conditions. The Licensor, Canada Lands Company CLC Limited shall be listed as additional insured.
Truck Operation and Conduct
Food vendors are not permitted to smoke within 5 meters of the food vending unit. Food vendors are not permitted to leave the food vending unit unattended during operation. The vendor shall cooperate with all reasonable requests by CN Tower to reduce noise around the licence area.
No balloting, giveaways, raffles or any form of contests or prizes are permitted. No collection of information from any of our patrons is allowed on-site.
Hours of operation: Vendors must keep their Food Trucks open and staffed for the entire duration of the operating hours. Food trucks may begin operation from 10:00 am to 11:59 pm. Food Trucks may operate rain or shine.
Food trucks are to depart each evening, return before 10:00 am if operating the next day. Food trucks will only be allowed to stay in position if access routes are reasonably blocked by emergency services. In this case, it is the responsibility of the vendor to secure their vehicle and to arrange for re-supply. Food trucks will not be allowed to stay on premises outside of their agreed upon dates.
Promotion and Signage
The Food Truck vendor shall not place on or in a public place any advertisement, legend or message/sign of any kind. CN Tower reserves the right to remove any signage in its discretion.
Menu signs must look clean and professional.
Hanging a flag of any kind is not permitted. Signs that could be scattered by wind gusts must be secured.
Electrical Supply
Vendors must supply their own electrical power. Power arrangements can be made with 10 days notice; however it is not guaranteed.
Garbage
Vendors shall not permit undue accumulations of garbage, trash, rubbish or other refuse within or without the Licensed Area and will not throw, place or leave or permit its employees or agents delivering merchandise to the Licensed Area to throw, place or leave any debris or refuse in or upon the Lands.
