How far in advance can I book a package?

All packages can be booked up to 48 hours prior to the reservation day.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

All packages may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the reservation, although a cancellation fee may apply. If you would like to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the full amount will be charged. Cakes are non-refundable.

What should I do if I have a special request?

What if I purchased the wrong package or would like to amend it?

If you would like to amend your order, please contact us at @email or call us at 416 362 5411.  Please keep in mind that we will only be able to make changes up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date. If the booking is related to a birthday, we will not be able to change the choice of cake.

What if I need to add guests to my reservation with a package?
