How far in advance can I book a proposal package?

All packages must be booked up to 3 business days prior to the reservation day.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

All packages may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the reservation. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, the full amount will be charged.

What if I purchased the wrong package or would like to amend it?

If you would like to amend your order, please contact us at @email.  Please keep in mind that we will only be able to make changes up to 72 hours prior to the reservation date.
