Step back in time and experience the magic of Sparkles! On September 25, from 8:30 p.m. to 1 a.m., our Main Observation Level transforms again into Sparkles, the legendary nightclub at the CN Tower that made history as the world’s highest discotheque.

Created as part of the Tower’s 50th anniversary celebrations, our Sparkles pop-up pays tribute to a defining era in Toronto nightlife. Inspired by the original nightclub that operated from 1979 to 1991, this immersive throwback event invites you to dance among the stars beneath shimmering disco balls, sip classic retro cocktails, and boogie to a DJ spun soundtrack of unforgettable throwback hits.

The night will be hosted by returning DJ George Andrew, Sparkles' longest-running resident DJ and his son, DJ Shamz. George ruled the turntables at Sparkles in the late ’80s and early 90's, so get ready for an epic throwback pop-up night. Learn more about the history of Sparkles here.

There’s no guest list; access to the pop-up is included with your general admission timed ticket to the CN Tower, making it easy to drop in, stay late, and soak up the vibes. The event is open to all, whether you remember the disco era or are discovering it for the first time.
