Instructions for Timed General Admission Tickets:
- Enter your order confirmation number and email address used.
- Select all tickets that you wish to exchange, and select a new date/time. Modifications are only final after checkout.
- Download, print, or add your new tickets to your Apple Wallet. The previous tickets will be deactivated. You will also receive an email confirmation with a link to retrieve your new tickets.
Terms and Conditions:
- Guests are eligible to select a new date or time for their visit, a maximum of 2 times, subject to availability.
- All exchanges must be completed before the original date/time of the ticket has started.
- The ticket exchange portal will only display the next 30 days of availability. Please select your new date/time carefully.
- Prices may vary based on date and time. If the new date and/or time is priced higher than your original ticket, the difference in price will be applied.
- Promotional tickets, including Sea The Sky, Family Pass, and Corporate Partner tickets, are not eligible for date/time exchanges.
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
The Top and Premier Ticketholders: Due to extremely limited availability for The Top, please email @email with your Order Number, and requested date/time of your rescheduled visit. A team member will assist you in rebooking your ticket package.
CityPASS Ticketholders: All CN Tower reservations and date/time changes must be made through the MY CityPASS app.
